In the last part of this three-part series, Dr. Gema Fuerte, from the Mission Bio support team, discusses secondary data analysis using the Tapestri Insights software and explains how the advanced filters are used to evaluate the following metrics:
- Genotype quality
- Read depth
- VAF for mutant GT calls
- Percentage of cells with GT present
- Percent of variants present in cells
- Percent of minor subpopulations
