Single-cell analysis reveals extensive proteogenomic decoupling in leukemia
Mission Bio co-founder Dr. Adam Abate from UCSF and his lab members, Ben Demaree and Dr. Cyrille Delley, discuss the exciting new capability of single-cell multi-omics on the Tapestri Platform. For the first time, investigators can now, in a high-throughput fashion, garner genomic and proteomic information from thousands of single cells by adding a simple cell staining protocol with antibody-oligo conjugates upstream of the Tapestri single-cell DNA sequencing protocol. The Abate group showcases the new technology for joint profiling of proteins and DNA to reveal extensive proteogenomic decoupling in leukemia patient samples. Now cell types and cell states are revealed by combining protein markers with DNA analysis from thousands of single cells.
