MGI Sequencing Platforms Produce High-Quality Performance Metrics from Tapestri Single-cell Experiments (Language: Mandarin)

Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology is the gold standard for genomics studies. Although Illumina dominates the NGS market, platforms developed by MGI Tech Co., Ltd. are rapidly growing in popularity. Here, we show that MGI and Illumina platforms are equally compatible with the Tapestri Platform for single-cell DNA sequencing. A version written in English is also available here.
