Single-cell DNA Analysis of a Novel Acute Erythroid Leukemia (AEL) CRISPR Induced Mouse Model
Acute erythroid leukemia (AEL) is a high-risk form of acute myeloid leukemia, but models of this rare disease are lacking. In this application note, CRISPR and single-cell DNA sequencing are used to generate and analyze mouse models of AEL. Single-cell analysis of serially transplanted tumors revealed the clonal structure and co-mutations responsible for tumorigenesis.
The following are covered:
- Assessment of precise genetic edits
- Analysis of the clonal structure & co-mutations of AEL
- Use of CRISPR and scDNA-seq for disease modeling
